The room everyone ends up in.
The smoker has been rolling all morning and afternoon. By 5:30, it's time to grab a plate. 6:30, the awards start. You chow down on BBQ. We dole out door prizes and bestow piston trophies while recapping the weekend antics.

The Flow
Dinner. Trophies. Raffle.
Dinner is smoked brisket, chopped pork, chicken, and all the fixings. Served in a clamshell container because they don't make plates big enough. Buffet-style, the food line officially starts at 5:30, but we'll start feeding people as soon as it's ready (usually before 5). Don't worry... we won't run out of anything!
At 6:30, the awards begin. The Best, the Beater and everything in between. Handcrafted piston trophies celebrating the cars that made the journey.
Twenty-five-plus piston trophies. One for almost every kind of car there. A few for the people, too.
Then the door prize raffle. You got five tickets in your goodie bag at sign-in. You've been walking past the prize boxes in The Gallery all weekend, dropping tickets into whichever ones you wanted to win. Now they get drawn. By the end of the night, a few lucky attendees go home with something spectacular!
If you didn't get a big prize, don't fret. The "Pick One" table is always overflowing, and we'll draw tickets until it's empty.
