From instructors to tech inspection to registration, we always need interested volunteers to help everything go smoothly. Let us know where you fit. We'd be happy to have you on board!
Volunteer
Run by transaxle people for transaxle people.
944Fest is built every year by volunteers. The grill team, the registration crew, the car show judges, the people who walk kids around the show floor. If you want in, we want you.
Why Volunteer
The best seat in the house is behind the table.
Every year, a substantial chunk of 944Fest happens because someone showed up early, stayed late, and grilled, scanned, judged, or directed. The 944Fest Pit Crew are an unpaid group of volunteers. Registration check-in is volunteers. The car show judging support is volunteers. The kid's choice guides, all volunteers.
If you want to know how the sausage gets made, this is the way.
If you've come to a few 944Fests or if this will be your first one, we can always use a hand.

Front Of House
Registration & Sign-In
Greeting attendees, handing out wristbands and goodie bags, answering the same five questions a hundred times. The first face every attendee sees. Energy and patience required.
On Track
Car Show Support
Helping line up cars, supporting the judging panel, organizing the awards flow at Saturday's dinner. Detail-oriented, friendly, fast on your feet.
Kitchen
Food Prep & Servers
Saturday dinner is a big deal and we need all the help we can get. Everything from smoker and prep to setup and serving.
Off Track
Kids Activities Director
Running the car show walk and helping judge the Kid's Choice award, plus setting up kids activities throughout the weekend so the youngest 944 fans have something of their own.

Whatever You've Got
This doesn't have to fit a job on this list. If you've got a skill, a contact, a piece of gear, or an idea that would make 944Fest better, before or during the event, we want to hear it. Tell us what you bring and we'll find the place for it.
Hands We Really Need
Three jobs that need the right person.
Most volunteer spots you can just show up and fill. These three are different. Each one needs somebody to own it, start to finish. If you read one and think that's me, that's exactly who we're looking for. Check it on the form below and tell us why.
Road Rally
Run the Road Rally
This is a big one, and it takes the right person to pull off. You'd own the rally, top to bottom:
- In charge on the day
- The point of contact when someone gets lost
- Going along from stop to stop
- Keeping everything on time
- Maybe even designing a few of the stops

HPDE Registration
HPDE sign-in
If you're registered for the DE, this is the first person you meet. You'd run sign-in at the tech shed, the single point of contact getting every driver what they need and out on track:
- Getting drivers signed in
- Handing out the right packets and car numbers
- Wristbands
- Checking each car has been teched
Mostly a morning job, running right alongside tech. We need someone here Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, sorting out over a hundred drivers as they come through. It's a huge job but won't take all day.
Gofer
Be the Gofer
A pickup truck is a big plus here. When we run short on ice, water, or whatever else the weekend burns through, you're the one who runs into town and keeps us stocked.

It's a short form, and that's the point. We're not trying to box you in with a dropdown. Fill this out and a real person gets back to you, one on one, to talk through what you want to do, how much time you've got, and where you'll fit best. We appreciate the folks who step up, and this is just the first hello.
