Off-road for cars that weren't supposed to do this.
The Rally Car Playground is exactly what it sounds like: a dirt rally course set up Saturday for attendees to drive their cars through, one at a time, helmet required. Lifted rally builds will love it. Stock 944s will be fine if you take it slow.
Nobody's making you do this. But once you've watched a few cars come through, you'll want to.

The Rally Car Playground
What It Is
A low-speed off-road test course. Dirt, gravel, a little elevation. Built to run with stock cars and rally-prepped cars alike, speed dependent. The course doesn't care how fast you go. Your stock car does. Push it too hard in something stock and you'll find out which of your parts were load-bearing.
On the Matter of Breakage
944Fest, its organizers, volunteers, and affiliated parties hereby disclaim any and all liability and shall be held harmless, indemnified, and otherwise blameless for any breakage, failure, fracture, separation, detachment, or spontaneous disassembly of your vehicle, howsoever arising, whether by negligence, enthusiasm, or act of God, including but not limited to control arms, tie rods, wheels, bearings, oil pans, front bumpers, rear bumpers, fenders, rocker panels, and any other component, fastener, or accessory affixed, attached, or merely hanging underneath at the time of said incident. By proceeding, you assume all risk and waive any and all claims arising out of or in connection therewith, in perpetuity, to the fullest extent permitted by dirt.
The Rules (they really are simple)
Helmet required to go out. Anything Snell SA or M rated does the job. No lid? We've got a loaner. Fair warning, it gets a little ripe after the first hour of being passed around.
One car on course at a time. You'll be out there by yourself, and that's on purpose. You don't hit anybody, nobody hits you.
There's not much out there to hurt besides yourself. We're trusting y'all to have enough sense of self-preservation to send it at a level that keeps it that way.
Push it a little too far and don't catch it? We'll catch it for you. That's your warning. Do it again and you're done for the day. Still welcome to hang out, just no more runs.
