This is a big part of 944Fest.
Each year, our sponsors send in door prizes that range from high-value products to offbeat oddities. These get handed out during the Saturday night drawing - one of the most anticipated parts of the weekend. Everyone’s gathered. Everyone’s watching. It’s a great way to get your brand or product directly in front of exactly the kind of people who care about 944s.
For Standard Sponsors:
You’re strongly encouraged to send in items that represent your business. Tools, parts, accessories, apparel - anything a 944 owner would stop and stare at. If it bolts to a 944 or helps keep one going, it belongs on the door prize table. This isn’t just swag, it’s prime-time visibility. Your name, your products, right there in front of your exact audience, getting passed around, talked about, remembered.
For Shop / Personal Sponsors:
You’re off the hook if you don’t have anything to send. But if there’s a dusty four-pack of WR7DC+ spark plugs on your shelf, a Mahle oil filter still in the box, a couple of NOS window switches, you’d be surprised how excited this crowd gets over the weird stuff. On-Site Sponsors
We welcome sponsors on-site. We’ll provide space near the action for you to set up. The only limitation is traditional vending. No mall-style booths, sunglasses carts, or cookware setups. That’s a VIR policy. If you’re showcasing engines, rebuilt torque tubes, or anything hands-on, you're good to go. Reach out if you’re unsure, we’re here to help.
Car Show Trophies
Sponsor-created trophies for the 944Fest car show have become a common request. Each sponsor is welcome to award one. Let us know your category in advance, judge it, present it at the ceremony, and supply the trophy. It can be anything from a repurposed bowling trophy with a new plaque to a handcrafted piece of metal art. As long as it’s got personality, we’re into it.
