944Fest 2009 Schedule

Thursday
People can come on Thursday night to camp in order to get an early start for the Track on Friday. There is nothing official planned for Thursday night but everyone is welcome to come.

Friday
Mandatory driver’s meeting at the tech garage track side at 7am. If you are driving with us on Friday you must be present. You also must have your tech and medical forms filled out and in hand.

12pm we will have pizza for lunch at the 944Fest tent. We are going to schedule this during the track break for lunch so it may be slightly earlier / later than 12pm.

Saturday
The car show starts at 10am next to the 944Fest tent. No pre registration is required for the car show. Just give your car a quick detail and park up by the 944Fest tent. We will assign numbers for judging as the cars are parked.

12pm we will break up and head out on the rally. Rally packets will be handed out as you leave. The only thing required for the rally that is not included in your packet is a digital camera (phone camera will work).

5pm will be the meet up time back at the 944Fest from the rally. Burgers and hot dogs will be waiting for everyone while we tally up the rally team scores.

Following dinner is the awards and door prize drawing located at the 944Fest tent.

Saturday night, after the sun goes down, we will start the bon fire. There will be some folding chairs available but if you have one you should bring it as well.

Sunday
Sunday morning we pack up and head for home. Most people group up with others heading their direction and assemble along with way for breakfast.

Beverages will be provided for 944Fest participants all weekend along with Lunch on Friday and Dinner on Saturday. We will also have a large charcoal grill on site all weekend. If you would like to cook something everyone is welcome to use it. Just bring a small bag of charcoal and have at it.

To sign in when you arrive just visit the 944Fest tent and/or ask someone for Travis. Sign in is informal and your name will be on a list. No receipt is necessary.

If you need anything else during the weekend, get lost on the way or end up in jail because you ran a toll booth (ROCK!!), you can call 954-445-6437.
